Good morning

Maxine and I would like to express our gratitude and thanks regarding our recent car purchase from you.

The sales/finance team member (Matthew Holden) was fantastic to deal with and even before we came into the office he had obtained finance approval which in itself was not easy for him because of our special circumstances.

We were welcomed into the sales office and our children / grandchild were looked after and watched Sky cartoons while we signed paperwork. The car was well presented and ready for a test drive while our old car was appraised for a trade in value.

The workings and features of our new car were well explained to us by Matthew and we left with 6 months registration and a full tank of petrol !

The car is of course performing fantastically and we are still discovering extra features.

My husband and I just wanted to let you know that we are really happy with our recent purchase of a Honda Odyssey for me, from your awesome dealership. I looked online for several weeks and couldn't find another vehicle that could match your deal. You even held a special "buy now" price that was advertised from 2 weeks previously when we couldn't travel down straight away to view the vehicle. What we both liked about your dealership was that there was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle if we weren't completely happy after taking it for a test drive. We also liked that your staff member Mathew took the time to show us how to operate things on the vehicle and explained all the important details to us both. You were both a great team and we are so glad that we decided to deal with Azcar autos - the 4 hour drive was so worth it!
