Hello Aaron

Our ‘new’ car arrived recently and this is a quick note of thanks.

The Dualis was more than we dared hope for – looking ‘as new’ inside, outside and under the bonnet. Over 2000 kms have already been driven and our quiet enthusiasm and pride is no less now than on the first trip – the comfort, the many features and the performance make driving a pleasure.

Buying on-line was never our intention, even after many months of unsuccessfully looking locally for a reasonably priced low mileage ‘Ti’. The Azcar advert on Trademe saw me contacting you as a matter of interest only. Your always prompt, informative and friendly email responses suddenly made a purchase ‘sight unseen’ appear a realistic option, and not a gamble. The decision to order was also made simpler given that the price, with shipping to Lyttelton added, was much less than similar vehicles in Christchurch.

The car purchased, it was only a short time before a truck delivered it, registered and warranted, to home. The new navigation/radio/cd/usb etc. screen unit that you arranged to have fitted matches perfectly and is a real asset.

We were surprised at how straightforward the whole process was with everything simply explained and relevant documentation able to be quickly completed.

Your 100% positive feedback on Trademe was a great recommendation as we considered buying from Azcar Autos, and it’s now obvious how it had been earned. Congratulations.
